KRA / 5 X 3 Aniket Saraf	Measurable
1) Banking Activities- All 4 Banks for All Duroshox Entities:- 100% Timely execution & SAP Entry of Banking transactions, Timely and accurate BRS, Closure of Open Entries of BRS Incl Fund Planning, Inter/Intra Bank Fund Transfers/Forward Utilization/Tracking of Bank Charges/Reversal of extra charged bank charges	On Time , Zero Error, Zero Audit Observation
2) Other Banking Activities including not limited to  (i) Get the BG/LC/ESBTR issued (ii) Track on FDR, Interest, Renewal & Maturity Status (iii) Documentation related to renewal of Facilities & Follow Up	On Time as per Requirement
3) Monthly Book Closure- Get monthly provisions, verify , SAP Entry & reversal, Track bills booked against provision, FDR interest & Bank Charges Entries	Book Closure till 5th of next month
4) DTSPL- Complete Accounting of DTSPL in Tally (Payments, Entries in Tally, Closure of Books & Audit Schedule Preparation)	On Time , Zero Error, Zero Audit Observation
5) Vendor Reconciliation- Every week 3-4 Critical Vendors	On time Reco
