Sr. Engineer - Mechanical 1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop, implement, and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment. Use predictive maintenance techniques ( vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to anticipate failures. Ensure minimal downtime and optimize equipment reliability and lifespan. 2. Breakdown Maintenance Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures or equipment breakdowns. Ensure quick, safe, and efficient restoration of machinery. Coordinate emergency maintenance and support to operations 3. Asset Management Maintain a detailed record of all mechanical assets. Monitor equipment performance metrics and track maintenance history. Recommend and plan for machinery upgrades or replacements 4. Team Leadership and Supervision Supervise and guide a team of maintenance technicians and junior engineers 5. Planning and Coordination Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering departments to plan maintenance work without disrupting operations. 6. Knowledge of 5S 7. Hands on experience - Hands on experience on Centreless grinding , CNC turning, Hard chrome and powder coating process, overhang conveyor repairing and maintenance Hands on experience on troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
